Tour Conditions - JeriCo Christian Journeys

1. Passport:
A valid passport is required of all tour participants. An U.S. passport is valid for 10 years. Passports must be valid 3 months and for Israel it is 6 months, after return date.

2. Not Included in Tour Price:
Customs, visa fees, optional tours, excess baggage charges, tips, drinks and food not on the regular table d'hôte menu, as well as all other items of a personal nature and any other service not specifically mentioned in the itinerary. Service charges at hotels and restaurants have been prepaid. The customary tip to your escort and driver at the end of the tour is not included. All tours are based on min 25 people in the group unless it is specified diferently.Ssome tours are custom made and can be priced for less than 25 participants.

3. Refund and Deviations and Changes of Tour Arrangements:
Unused hotel accommodations or any tour segments or services are non-refundable, nor one can changed it for other accommodations or services. If there is to be any reason to change features of the tour for the group, any additional expenses will be charged to the tour members. If a change becomes necessary for any reason, hotels substituted will be the equivalent of those shown. There will be additional charges of 20.00$ per person for revisions. Revisions fee will not be waived for medical reasons.
Prices quoted are for double occupancy.

4. Single Room and Private Baths:
In exceptional cases, where private bath or single rooms are not available, refund will be made based on the actual cost reduction or upon completion of the tour.

5. Rooming:
JeriCo Christian Journeys will do all possible to pair together passengers willing to share a room. If this cannot be arranged, the passenger is responsible for the single supplement charge.

6. Cancellation Penalties:
If you cancel your reservation, your right to receive a refund is limited as it is shown in the following schedules. All requests for refunds must be sent to us in writing. Charges for cancellation of the tour will be assessed by the participating airlines, tour operators, and hotels as follows:

After Deposit	U.S. $50.00 per person
90-61 days	U.S. $150.00 per person plus cost of airline ticket
60-45 days	U.S. $250.00 per person plus cost of airline ticket
44-30 days	U.S. $300.00 per person plus cost of airline ticket
29-15 days	U.S. $400.00 per person plus cost of airline ticket

- 14 days and less before the departure - NO REFUND, 100% PENALTY

Number of the days refer to number of the days before the departure, before the start of the tour.

Cancellation charges also apply to additional accommodations reserved prior to and after the tour.

You can protect your investment in the tour with the purchase of trip cancellation insurance strongly recommended and available through JeriCo Christian Journeys.

7. Air Fare Facts:
Air fares quoted in this brochure are subject to change without notice and are based on fares in effect March 2008. Late bookings can be accepted at higher fares. Should there be an announced increase (by the airline) in the air fare, JeriCo Christian Journeys will contact the passengers who will then be given the opportunity to pay for the air fare to be ticketed.

8. Responsibility Clause:
JeriCo Christian Journeys is responsible to you in making arrangements for the tour services offered in this brochure, including transportation, sightseeing, and hotel accommodations. the carriers, hotels and other suppliers providing tour services are independent contractors and are not agents, employees or servants of, or joint ventures with JeriCo C. J.
All certificates and other travel documents for tour services issued by the JeriCo C. J. are subject to the terms and conditions specified by the suppliers and to the laws of the countries in which services are supplied. If the services included on the tour cannot be supplied or there are changes in an itinerary for reasons beyond the control of the JeriCo C. J. we will arrange for the provision of comparable services whenever possible. Any resulting additional expenses will be payable by tour participants and any resulting savings will be refunded by JeriCo C. J. to tour participants. JeriCo C. J. reserves the right to make changes in the itinerary whenever JeriCo C. J. deems it necessary to the comfort, convenience, or safety of the tour participants, and to cancel a tour at any time. If JeriCo C. J. cancels a tour, it shall have no responsibility beyond the refund of all money paid to JeriCo C. J. by the tour participant. The tour participant agrees that JeriCo C. J. shall not be liable for any damages, loss (including personal injury, death, and property loss) or expenses occasioned by any act or omission of any supplier providing tour services or of any other person. No person, other than an authorized representative of JeriCo C. J. by a document in writing, is authorized to vary any term or condition in this brochure, including any term or condition set forth in the preceding provisions.

9. Final Documents:
Final documents are issued upon receipt of final payment only. Documents are not guaranteed if final payment is not received on time. At receipt of your documents you are responsible to check itinerary, spelling of your name, dates and other important information.

- FINAL PAYMENT IS DUE 60 DAYS PRIOR TO DEPARTURE.

- NO RESPONSIBILITY IS INCURRED FOR LOSS OR DAMAGES TO BAGGAGE OR
ANY OF THE PASSENGERS PERSONAL BELONGINGS.

- TRAVEL BAGGAGE INSURANCE IS AVAILABLE THROUGH JERICO CHRISTIAN JOURNEYS.
